Marthe Henry recently established in Meursault, is a winegrower and winemaker. It was his bond with his grandfather Pierre Boillot, a well-known figure in Meursault, and his passion for wine that pushed him to leave journalism to follow training in wine at the Beaune wine high school, then with his friends. Pierre-Henri Rougeot and Jean-Yves Devevey.
Building on these experiences, she launched into quality micro-trading, before being able to take over certain family vines in 2023. A supporter of a refined style by limiting interventions as much as possible, her wines spend at least 18 months in oak barrels, without racking or sulfur. The reds are vinified with some whole bunches.
From her first vintages Marthe Henry proves all her talent by delivering wines of great harmony. A talent to be discovered despite the small quantities produced!
