Description
Meursault Blanc "Les Mallpoiriers" 2022 | Wine from Domaine La Pierre Ronde, Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne
The Domaine Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne, La Pierre Ronde is managed by an agronomist and oenologist, distinguished by its practice in biodynamic viticulture for 18 years. Located in Burgundy, this estate combines traditional know-how and ecological innovation, inspired by prestigious collaborations with Olivier Humbrecht and Anne-Claude Leflaive. Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne is committed to producing high-quality wines while respecting the environment.
The Meursault Blanc "Les Mallpoiriers" 2022 from Domaine La Pierre Ronde, crafted by Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne, comes from 27-year-old vines located on a deep clay-limestone terroir at the foot of the slope. The fermentation is done in 350L barrels, followed by 12 months of aging in new barrels to develop complexity and structure, then 3 months in stainless steel tanks to refine the aromas. The bottling, done without fining and with light filtration on a fruit day, preserves the wine's purity. With only 870 bottles and 30 magnums produced, this rare Meursault offers an exceptional tasting experience.
