The wine industry has now become a sector that requires increasingly significant legal regulation. The protection of wine productions no longer relies solely on intellectual property rights such as "Geographical Indications Law" and "Trademark Law." Even though they are the most commonly used proprietary rights, other protection tools should not be overlooked in the early 21st century. Indeed, the sector has become particularly competitive. Furthermore, some productions unfortunately cannot be protected by intellectual property rights. In the absence of proprietary rights, all protection is not abandoned.
The purpose of the work is therefore to understand them for the benefit of the entire wine industry.
