Description
Wine, Law & Health (WLH) is a concept created by LEH, an independent group based in Bordeaux, specialized in providing legal, strategic, managerial, and operational information and support to healthcare facilities. The combination of wine, law, and health may seem iconoclastic, but it has proven relevant and successful for the promotion of our culture, our geography, the advancement of scientific studies enhancing public health, and the promotion of knowledge in the world of wine, law, and health. This ninth edition is the result of an event held in late November 2021 at the Cité du Vin, co-organized by the Business and Heritage Law Research Institute (IRDAP), the Vine and Wine Sciences Institute (ISVV), and LEH Event, in partnership with the Wine Law Master's program at the University of Bordeaux. It brings together the scientific contributions presented during the symposium. This ninth vintage, produced with the loyal support of the Bordeaux Wine Interprofessional Council (CIVB), offers several original studies on the topic of "natural" wine, following the unique journey of the product, from practices to its recognition by the legal system, a journey that reflects the identity of natural wine.
