The Champagne House Pascal Doquet, founded and directed by Pascal Doquet, stands out for its commitment to organic viticulture and its respect for sustainable practices. Located in Vertus on the Côte des Blancs, the estate spans 8.66 hectares, including prestigious plots such as Mesnil sur Oger (Grand Cru) and Mont Aimé (Premier Cru). Since 2007, Pascal Doquet has initiated the ecological transition of his estate, obtaining the Organic Agriculture certification in 2010. The wines produced are sought after for their purity and expression of the terroir, combining minerality and complexity.
The Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs "Coeur de Terroir" 2009 is an exceptional cuvée, crafted from Chardonnay harvested at full maturity in the most prized terroirs of Mesnil-sur-Oger. This 2009 vintage, with its ideal weather conditions, has resulted in a champagne that is both gourmet and elegant. Entirely vinified in oak barrels with natural yeasts, the wine was then aged on its lees and refined in the chalk cellars of Pascal Doquet since bottling in September 2010.
