The Domaine Thibaud Boudignon is located in the Anjou-Saumur region, at the heart of the Loire Valley. A former judoka originally from Bordeaux, Thibaud Boudignon has developed a unique expertise in winemaking. After working at Château Olivier and Château Soucherie, he founded his own estate in 2008. This estate is distinguished by an organic and biodynamic approach, without certification, favoring agriculture that respects the terroir. The estate covers 4.5 hectares, with very limited yields, allowing for the creation of wines of great finesse and exceptional precision.
