The Domaine Thomas Boccon is the result of the passion of a talented Burgundy winemaker. Thomas Boccon, a native of Dijon, began his journey at the prestigious François Mikulski estate in Meursault. After several enriching experiences, notably in New Zealand, Thomas returned to Burgundy, where he trained in viticulture and winemaking. In 2016, he established his own house, a high-fashion micro-negotiation that produces wines in very small quantities (3000 bottles per vintage), with the utmost respect for Burgundy traditions.

Thomas Boccon carefully selects his grapes to craft wines that are precise, balanced, and endowed with great aromatic purity. His vision is to create wines that are fresh, ripe, and of great digestibility, with a beautiful minerality that perfectly reflects the Burgundy terroir.
