In 1992, on the foundations of a very small vineyard in regional Burgundy appellations, Jean-Yves Devevey created his own estate. Nourished during his first five years of professional activity by the experience of great Burgundy winemakers, enriched by Becky Wasserman's aesthetic and universal approach to wine, he gradually built his estate, focusing on a qualitative orientation of the winemaking profession. A careful look at the precious lands of Burgundy and the thoughtful gesture of a meticulous artisan lead to the production of delicious and appealing wines.

This Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc "Champs Perdrix" 2022 from   Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is a delicate Chardonnay with citrus aromas and a hint of toastiness. On the palate, it has a lot of tension, amplitude, and straightness, with vanilla, buttery, and woody notes, certainly due to the 12-month aging in oak barrels.
