The history of the estate, which began in 1500, has been enriched over the centuries to culminate in a major turning point in 1991, when Claire, freshly graduated in agricultural engineering, decided to take over the reins of the family business in the face of the possibility of dismantling it envisaged by her father Henri. Today, with more than 20 years of leadership by a woman, Domaine Naudin Ferrand stands out for its daily commitment to the challenge of perpetuating a family legacy while elevating the excellence of its wines.

Domaine Henri Naudin-Ferrand's 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté Blanc offers a refreshing experience with its complete fermentation in enamelled or stainless steel tanks, thus preserving its freshness. With a complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, using indigenous yeasts and bacteria, it benefits from a short ageing of 8 months on lees without stirring. Lightly filtered and tartarically stabilized to avoid trauma, it undergoes degassing with nitrogen to preserve its aromatic intensity. This renowned wine from Magny-lès-Villers, the birthplace of Aligoté, has an intense nose combining white and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is round on the attack, offering a light and greedy whole, ideal for all palates. Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes wonderfully with a picnic, cold buffet or barbecue, offering a simple but authentic pleasure with each tasting.
