Joseph Colin, son of the renowned vigneron Marc Colin, reflects the innovative spirit of his own estate. With 6.5 hectares, part of which is inherited from his family heritage, Joseph produces 19 exceptional cuvées in Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Favouring non-certified organic viticulture, with biodynamic influences such as lunar observation, he adopts a minimally interventionist winemaking, avoiding sulphur until bottling. Its crystalline and energetic wines express the Burgundian terroir with depth, underlining its commitment to artisanal quality. The estate, producing around 45,000 bottles per year, embodies the freedom of vigneron and reveals the authenticity of the Burgundian terroir with each vintage.

Domaine Joseph Colin's 2021 Puligny-Montrachet "Le Trézin" comes from a single plot perched at the top of the hill, surrounded by the Premier Crus La Garenne and Sous le Puits. Its golden colour reveals the finesse and purity of the Puligny-Montrachet terroir. The delicate aromas of marzipan and hazelnut intertwine harmoniously with notes of green apple. Buttery and mineral nuances enrich the bouquet.
