Joseph Colin, son of the renowned vigneron Marc Colin, reflects the innovative spirit of his own estate. With 6.5 hectares, part of which is inherited from his family heritage, Joseph produces 19 exceptional cuvées in Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Favouring non-certified organic viticulture, with biodynamic influences such as lunar observation, he adopts a minimally interventionist winemaking, avoiding sulphur until bottling. Its crystalline and energetic wines express the Burgundian terroir with depth, underlining its commitment to artisanal quality. The estate, producing around 45,000 bottles per year, embodies the freedom of vigneron and reveals the authenticity of the Burgundian terroir with each vintage.

This 2021 Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "OSA" from Domaine Joseph Colin is an exceptional cuvée designed in response to the difficult climatic conditions of the 2021 vintage. Faced with these challenges, Joseph opted for the blending of several premier crus, including Les Combes, Sur le Sentier du Clou and Sous la Roche Dumay. Enchanted by the result, characterized by its complexity and balance, Joseph chose to name it OSA, in reference to the ancient name of the village of Saint-Aubin, cradle of the winemaking family, Oratorium Sancti Albini.

This wine offers a pure and dynamic palate, animated by a tapered energy with nuances of lemon, grapefruit and star fruit. The white fruit flavours are authentic, giving the whole a remarkable quality.
