Spirits Raspberry Eau de Vie "Framboise du Roulot" from Jean-Marc Roulot
Domaine Jean-Marc Roulot is a ic of Burgundy, renowned for its exceptional wines from the best vineyards of Burgundy carefully cared for and particularly its Meursaults. Directed by the talented vigneron Jean-Marc Roulot, he embodies the excellence and winemaking tradition of the region while he only took over the family estate in 1989 after the death of his father Guy Roulot and a career as an actor and playwright. The estate's wines are authentic and iconic, renowned for their ability to reflect the unique terroir of Burgundy. The estate is a pioneer because since the 90s they have chosen to cultivate their vines organically, although they have never taken the step of being certified. The estate is also renowned for its eaux-de-vie and liqueurs that they produce with the same care as their wines. A complete estate with an undeniable reputation.
