This "B-A-R JO" Pastis from Clos Saint Joseph embodies the perfect combination of star anise, green anise and liquorice. It results from the fusion of more than 30 botanicals carefully infused and individually distilled, creating a harmonious balance. Aniseed notes subtly mingle with herbaceous and sometimes vanilla nuances, with no one dominating the others. The "B-A-R J?" Pastis shines as an aperitif, preferring a dilution of 4 to 7 times its volume with fresh water and ice cubes.
