Erected during the Renaissance on the vineyard buildings built by the monks of Cîteaux in the twelfth century, the Château du Clos de Vougeot is the seat of the Climats of the Burgundy vineyard and a mecca of French gastronomic repas , both listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
It is here that, sixteen times a year, the Brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin invites 600 people to memorable receptions called chapters.
