Savigny les Beaune Red "Les Goudelettes" 2023 | Wine from Domaine Gautheron D'Anost
The Maison Gautheron D’Anost, founded in 2020 by Bastien Gautheron, stands out for its modern and respectful approach to the terroir. "Les Goudelettes" is the only cuvée entirely from the estate, vinified with a gentle extraction to preserve the purity of the fruit and the elegance of the terroir. Located on one of the highest points of Savigny-les-Beaune, this plot benefits from a cool climate, bringing the wine great tension and beautiful aromatic precision.
The Savigny-les-Beaune "Les Goudelettes" 2023 comes from vines over 50 years old, planted on clay-limestone soil. This unique terroir gives the grapes a beautiful concentration and natural freshness. The winemaking is based on a fermentation in stainless steel vats, with minimal extraction to preserve the finesse of the Pinot Noir. The aging in oak barrels, with moderate use of new wood, refines its silky texture and aromatic complexity.
