The Domaine Pierrick Bouley, based in Volnay in Burgundy, is a family-run estate that spans approximately 9 hectares spread over 41 plots, the majority of which consist of old vines over 50 years old. Pierrick Bouley represents the sixth generation to manage the estate, which he joined in 2009. Since 2014, he has been leading the estate with particular care for the vineyard, inspired by biodynamic practices. Although the estate is not yet certified organic, Pierrick Bouley adopts an environmentally friendly approach with minimal interventions.
