The Beaune Rouge "La Montée Rouge" 2021 is an exceptional cuvée made from Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of the region. Grown on a unique terroir of 1.6513 hectares with iron-rich red soil, this wine benefits from environmentally friendly viticulture. With a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare and rigorous massal selection, each cluster embodies the authenticity and richness of Burgundian terroir. The meticulous vinification, followed by 15 months of aging in oak barrels (20% of which are new) and 1 month in stainless steel tanks, offers this cuvée aromatic complexity and a silky texture.

This wine reveals a bright red color and captivating aromas of ripe red fruits, Morello cherries, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it stands out with a velvety texture, fine tannins, and balanced freshness. The long and elegant finish hints at nuances of licorice and undergrowth, typical of its terroir.
