Cultivated with passion on our 1.6513-hectare plot, this noble grape variety thrives in a red soil, rich in iron, mixing clay and pebbles. With a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare and a rigorous selection of 100% mass-selected plant material, we honour the authenticity of our terroir. Committed to organic farming since 1998 and certified by ECOCERT® since the year 2000, we cultivate our vines with the greatest respect for nature. Every geste, from fall transplanting to spring evasivation, is carried out with care and attention. The vinification and ageing of our cuvée are meticulous processes, where the wine rests for 15 months in barrels and 1 month in stainless steel tanks, before revealing all its complexity. With 20% new barrels, a gentle and slow toasting and a carefully selected woody origin, our wine expresses all the richness of its terroir in a symphony of flavors and aromas. Without aggressive filtration, our cuvée offers an authentic and unforgettable taste experience, marked by the excellence and tradition of Burgundy.
