Domaine Pierre-Olivier Garcia, established in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 2016, embodies innovation in the winemaking tradition. Under the direction of Pierre-Olivier since 2020, the vines are grown organically with a careful selection of grapes. The vinification, without sulphur, uses a unique "berry by berry" method, preserving the integrity of the fruit. The result is brilliant, complex wines that make for an unforgettable experience.

This Nuits-Saint-Georges "Aux Saints-Juliens" 2022 by Pierre-Olivier Garcia comes from a plot of 5.50 ha planted not far from the Petite Charmotte. The berry-by-berry technique once again brings that fragrant and velvety touch. However, more power can be seen on silty-clay soils with limestone and rich in iron oxides. The well-structured tannins frame stewed but fresh fruit, aromatic herbs (thyme, violet) and a basket of red and black fruits. A cuvée with great ageing potential in the range.
