Description
Integral of the Cosmobacchus trilogy. A comic book author and his wine merchant set out to discover different controversial viticultural methods: biodynamics, a trendy, occult, and esoteric organic method, and conventional methods that often rely heavily on pesticides. But Jean-Marie, the wine merchant, mysteriously disappears. JB, the comic book author, sets out to find him and in his quest, discovers the anthroposophical theories, the birthplace of biodynamics. Amid pesticides, alternative medicines, zetetics, occultism, and lobbying, this docu-fiction will take you to the limits of thought, where rationality blends with madness. Could the wine merchant too have succumbed to the charms of this radical doctrine? While the story of the author and the wine merchant is entirely fictional, the interviews that punctuate the story are all faithfully transcribed. Foreword by Richard Monvoisin, PhD in science education at Joseph Fourier University, Grenoble.
