Denis Pommier is a winemaker near Chablis, in Burgundy. In 2008, he stopped using pesticides and glyphosate. Two years later, his vintage was awarded the title of "best chardonnay in the world". His conversion to organic farming was a success. However, nature does not spare him: frost, hail, mildew, heatwaves... From the 2016 vintage onwards, the elements unleash their fury and threaten his commitment. Through enormous sacrifices, he perseveres without giving up on his organic label. In this story, Denis Pommier takes us into his daily life, holding nothing back. He shares his anxieties and doubts, his tears at times, but above all, he communicates his love for the land, the vines, and the wine.
