Description
The multidisciplinary research project "SEPAGE", funded by the Centre-Val de Loire region, has explored nearly forty stories of vineyard trajectories and practices, particularly focusing on the complex issue of vineyard business transmission. From a legal perspective, such a study undoubtedly provides a better understanding of the viticultural sector and its challenges. It also allows for the discovery, and even the proposal, of tools that can directly benefit the professionals involved. With this ambition in mind, this book brings together the proceedings of the conference held in Tours on November 15, 2019, gathering numerous legal experts specializing in viticultural issues. Following an introduction reporting the results of the field survey conducted among vine growers in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the first part is dedicated to the private aspects of transmission, while the second addresses the public aspects. In addition to academic contributions, regional practitioners also provide insights. The collection not only offers a rich synthesis of the state of our positive law and the evolution of practices in vineyard business transmission, but also means to sustain this heritage and this working tool at the heart of our regions. Under the scientific direction of Abdelkhaleq Berramdane, Alexandre Deroche, Fabienne Labelle. Contributors to this book include: Raphaèle-Jeanne, Aubin-Brouté, Xavier Auriault, Elie Barbereau, Abdelkhaleq Berramdane, Hubert Bosse-Platière, Samuel Brennetot, François Cazin, Alexandre Deroche, Fabienne Labelle, Sabrina Le Normand-Caillère, Jean-Christophe Mandard, Marie Mandeville, Michel Pech, Ronan Raffray, François Robbe, Séverine Taphinaud, Luc Tessier
