About the author

Perla Servan-Schreiber was born in Morocco. After studying law and political science, she worked for twenty years in la presse women's (ELLE, Marie Claire). With her husband, Jean-Louis Servan-Schreiber, she relaunched Psychologies in 1998 and launched CLÉS in 2010, always with the aim of transmitting her life to better live her life and give it meaning. She is the author of 6 essays: including Les Promesses de l'âge (Flammarion, 2018) and 7 cookbooks, including Le Bonheur de cuisine (La Martinière, 2010) and Enjoy! My recipes for large tables (Flammarion, 2019). She has published with Éditions de La Martinière Mes 77 secrets de vie (2021), Mes 30 recettes d'été (2022), with a very nice success on bookstore tables and a great media aura, 78 years old. Aging and Living (2022) and My 20 Soup to Warm Body and Soul (2023).
