Description
Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru "Les Quatre Terroirs" | Wine La Maison Pertois-Moriset
Founded in 1951 in Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Maison Pertois-Moriset embodies the passion and expertise of Champagne. This family estate, now led by Cécile and Vincent, continues the legacy of two iconic winemaking families from the Côte des Blancs. With a vineyard of 20.70 hectares spread across the slopes of the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux Sézannais, each bottle reflects the authenticity and nobility of the terroirs.
This emblematic cuvée, exclusively made from Chardonnay, celebrates the prestigious terroirs of Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Vinified in stainless steel vats and oak barrels, this non-vintage champagne combines wines of the year (70%) and perpetual reserve wines (30%), stored in foudre and stainless steel vats. Its Extra-Brut dosage at 3 g/L reveals a perfect balance between freshness and elegance, with a beautiful tension on the palate.
- Appearance: Beautiful fine and elegant bubbles.
- Nose: Pronounced mineral aromas (iodine, flint), complemented by notes of frangipane and fresh hazelnut.
- Palate: Depth and relief, with a saline finish and a remarkable sensation of freshness.
This Extra Brut champagne is ideal to accompany your refined aperitifs or to enhance the start of a meal with seafood, shellfish, or fine appetizers. Serve at a temperature of 10°C for optimal tasting.
