Champagne Brut "L'Assemblage" Coteaux Sézannais Maison Pertois-Moriset
Located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Maison Pertois-Moriset is a family-run and independent house founded in 1951 by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, from winemaking families of the Côte des Blancs. Now managed by their granddaughter Cécile and her husband Vincent, this house perpetuates authentic expertise. The vineyard covers 20.70 hectares, mainly in the Côte des Blancs and in the Coteaux Sézannais, with particular attention given to every detail of production.
The Champagne Brut "L'Assemblage" Coteaux Sézannais is a cuvée crafted with passion, blending 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from the best terroirs of the Coteaux Sud Marnais: Sézanne, Barbonne-Fayel, Chantemerle, Bethon, and Montgenost. This champagne reflects the distinctive style of the house, offering a perfect harmony between freshness, fruitiness, and elegance.
The vinification includes 70 to 80% wine from the year's harvest, complemented by perpetual reserve wines to ensure complexity and consistency. Aged for 15 months on lees and dosed at 1 g/L, this brut highlights subtlety and finesse that delight lovers of refined champagnes.
This champagne is ideal as an aperitif with canapés or seafood, a creamy poultry dish, or a light dessert like a fresh fruit tart.
