Founded in 2000 by Jean-Michel Denis and Cédric Fouarge, Millesim emerged from the desire to sublimate the opening ritual of the grands crus. Winners of the "Millennium Sommelier Competition" in Gevrey-Chambertin thanks to their luxurious sommelier knife with a timeless design. The name of their models, such as M'08, symbolises the year of its conception and the vintage spirit of the wines. Each piece is a limited edition, designed with noble raw materials. Their philosophy reflects that the tasting experience begins long before the first taste, including the choice of bottle and serving accessories. Intended for enthusiasts, these sommeliers are also objects of transmission, embodying the fusion between the art of tasting and timeless elegance.
