The Domaine Philippe Livera, established in 1920, is a family-run estate passed down from generation to generation. Taken over in 1986 by Philippe Livera, it is now managed by his son Damien Livera, who represents the fourth generation of winemakers. Located in Côte de Nuits, the estate cultivates 8.2 hectares of vines, almost exclusively Pinot Noir, with plots in prestigious appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin, and Chapelle-Chambertin.

The Gevrey-Chambertin Rouge "En Champs" 2022 comes from an exceptional terroir of the Côte de Nuits. The vines, over 50 years old, are cultivated using sustainable viticulture, without chemical weeding, with precise manual work (leaf thinning, green harvest) to promote optimal grape maturity. The winemaking process is traditional, with long fermentations using indigenous yeasts and aging in oak barrels for 11 to 18 months, with a variable proportion of new barrels depending on the vintage.

This Gevrey-Chambertin reveals a deep color with ruby highlights. The nose is intense and complex, combining aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), licorice, and sweet spices.
