The Domaine Tollot-Beaut is a prestigious family estate rooted in the Burgundy wine history since the late 19th century. Founded by François Tollot and continued by his son Alexandre, the estate quickly gained international fame by being one of the first to bottle its production as early as 1921. Located in Chorey-les-Beaune, the estate covers 24 hectares spread across the communes of Chorey-les-Beaune, Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, and Aloxe-Corton. Today, it is managed by the fifth generation represented by cousins Nathalie, Olivier, and Jean-Paul Tollot. The estate possesses old vines of Pinot Noir, some of which come from the exceptional variety of Pinot Fin. This historical expertise, combined with limited production, gives the estate's wines a reputation for excellence.
