Description
With this first volume dedicated to wine facing environmental challenges, La Revue du vin de France launches a new thematic special edition collection to learn more about the world of wine.
The world of wine has been facing unprecedented environmental and societal challenges for about ten years. Changes in consumption, distrust towards pesticides, climate change, are all topics that require winemakers to adapt their viticultural model.
To explain these changes and the evolution of the wine world, with a constant desire to innovate and meet the expectations of its readers, La Revue du vin de France is launching a new collection of educational books on the wine universe.
The first issue of this Discovery Collection, available at newsstands from June 7, is dedicated to organic, biodynamic, natural wines and those with environmental labels. Practical and educational, this first special edition helps to better understand the environmental challenges faced by the wine industry.
In 164 pages, numerous themes, rich in infographics, are covered in this mook format publication (between a magazine and an illustrated book) and provide you with the keys to understanding the impact of climate change on viticulture, the labels, decoding "natural" wines, as well as the history of biodynamics.
This first volume is accompanied by a selection of 470 beautiful organic and biodynamic cuvées rated and commented on by the tasters of La Revue du vin de France.
