After years of learning from renowned names such as Château Cary Potet and Domaine Colin, Géraldine founded a small-scale wine house in 2016. Each micro-cuvée she produces reflects her commitment to meticulous and terroir-respectful work.
The Saint-Romain Blanc "Au Bas De Poillange" 2023 is a true ode to Chardonnay. Made from a meticulous selection of the best grapes, this wine reveals the elegance and minerality characteristic of the Saint-Romain appellation, located in Côte de Beaune. Aged carefully for 11 months, it expresses remarkable aromatic finesse.
