The vines, 60 years old, draw from these rich lands to offer a wine that is both structured and elegant. After natural fermentation, this wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (20% new), then rests for 2 months in tanks before being bottled without fining and with light filtration. This process ensures aromatic purity and preserves the authentic expression of the terroir.
