Description
Saint-Bris Blanc "Moury" 2021 du Vin du Domaine Jean-Hugues et Guilhem Goisot
Ghislaine and Jean-Hugues took over the family estate in 1979, which had been cultivated organically since 2001, and biodynamically in 2005 with the arrival of their son Guilhem and his wife Marie. The vines are worked with respect for the environment: respect for the vines, the soils and the subsoils, the study of climatology and keeping people at the centre of this balance are really essential in the development of an AOC
This 2021 Saint-Bris "Moury" from Domaine Jean-Hugues and Guilhem Goisot has a beautiful golden colour with sparkling green reflections. Its nose offers a slightly minty parfun, which can be found on the palate accompanied by tangy citrus fruits such as yellow grapefruit and lime and vine peach. In the end, in addition to these fruity notes, you will discover the flint side, the beginning, generated by the terroir of the Portlandian scree
This Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed from a very young age at 12/13° and can be kept for at least 7 years. It is ideal as an accompaniment to seafood, lobster, fish such as carp, tench, pike or red mullet terrine, cheeses such as goat cheese, comté, abondance or beaufort.
