Otello Champagne Manual Pasta Machine | Marcato

Otello is an exceptional pasta machine, a modern replica of the first machine created by Otello Marcato in 1930. It has an authentic style, leaving the mechanism of the rollers visible, sublimated by its Champagne colour.
The base of the machine as well as the knob of the crank are made of solid Wenge wood, giving it a vintage look, without sacrificing the stability and resistance typical of Marcato products. These parts are treated with natural oil to increase resistance and durability over time.

The rollers are made of anodized aluminum alloy, 100% food-safe and so that no residue can end up in the dough. Each of them is equipped with a polymer resin comb to make it easy to clean in every corner.

The Otello dough machine offers 7 thickness adjustment positions for working with different sheets of pasta. In the rolling mill, you make lasagna sheets (15 cm) but also, with the help of the other 2 pasta cutters, fettuccine (6.5 mm) and tagliolini (1.5 mm).

For cleaning, no parts of the machine should be put in the dishwasher.
