Description
Bas-Armagnac "Organic Armagnac" spirits from la maison Dartigalongue
Dartigalongue is a renowned brand in the Armagnac world, famous for its artisanal tradition and rich heritage passed down from generation to generation. Founded in 1838 in the village of Nogaro, in the heart of the Gascogne, Dartigalongue has embodied the excellence of Armagnac distillation for more than 180 years. The distillery is known for its commitment to traditional production methods, combining ancestral know-how and innovation to create eaux-de-vie of exceptional quality. Each Dartigalongue bottle tells a story of terroir of tradition and passion, offering Armagnac lovers an unforgettable taste experience.
This Bas-Armagnac "Organic Armagnac" from la maison Dartiglongue is the first certified "Organic Agriculture" spirit in la maison. It is composed of a blend of vintages aged between 5 and 10 years in medium and strong toasted Gascon oak barrels. On tasting, we discover a delicate nose with fruity and floral notes. On the palate, the attack is frank but controlled, with aromas of yellow fruits and vanilla with subtle woody and spicy notes on the finish. A gourmet and balanced blend that can be drunk neat as a dessert with a mousse or chocolate or a tarte tatin.
