Guardian of a centuries-old tradition, the Alambic Bourguignon is located in Beaune, in the heart of wine-growing Burgundy and seeks to preserve the ancestral art of distillation. Once one boiler per village, today there are only a handful of craftsmen carrying on this heritage. The Alambic Bourguignon processes grape marcs and wine lees from the most prestigious terroirs of the region and are among the last to produce the AOC Marc de Bourgogne and Fine de Bourgogne. They also offer a very nice range of Gin and Eaux-de-vie from different horizons.

This Williams Pear Eau de Vie from the Alambic Bourguignon is a Williams pear brandy sourced in the South of Burgundy, stemmed and seeded to keep only the fruit. Each bottle is hand-sealed with a green wax cap. On the nose, this eau-de-vie gives off a powerful smell of perfectly ripe pear, accompanied by a palette of fresh fruit notes, followed by pepper undertones and a long, vanilla finish. On the palate, Poire SAB'S is an original spirit that stands out for its straightforwardness and directness, offering a remarkable balance between its structure and aromatic richness from start to finish.
