Description

A small town in the Midi, its housing estates, its dreary daily life and its endless summer days. Jo and Céline, two sisters aged fifteen and sixteen, wander between funfairs, shopping malls and night trips to the swimming pools of the region's opulent villas. Still too young to give up on their dreams and follow the path of their parents who work hard to pay the bills for their house.
But when Céline gets pregnant, it's a cataclysm. As she refuses to give up her lover's name, the father's rage is released, deaf and violent, while the younger sister tries to extricate herself from the family straitjacket and the mother watches, powerless, as her family disintegrates. To the point of irreparability.
