How to use Coravin Sparkling®

Installing the Sparkling Stopper

• After pouring as much sparkling wine as you want, lift the cork lock handle to the unlocked position. Place the cap on the open bottle and firmly press the locking handle until it laughs.

Charge the CO2 cylinder

• Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green, indicating that there is a Coravin Pur ™ Sparkling CO2 Capsule installed. Align the charger above the cap and press it down firmly. The pressure indicator will change to , indicating that the cylinder is ready to charge. When the indicator turns green, the bottle is fully charged.
  
  

Visual CO2 Indicator: Know when your cylinder is fully charged with CO2 gas or when to replace your capsule with the easy-to-read status indicator.

Tilt to release gas: When you're ready to remove the cap, you can release the pressure in the bottle by simply tilting the cap. Then, pull the locking handle all the way out to remove.

Safety features: The Sparkling charger is designed with an internal regulator that stops charging the bottle when the proper pressure has been reached.
