Product Description:

The Coravin® Pivot+ Wine Preservation System is the ideal solution for wine lovers who want to enjoy their bottles over several weeks without compromising quality. This system is designed to preserve the flavor, color, and aroma of your still wines for up to 4 weeks, thanks to the use of pure argon capsules. This inert gas replaces the air in the bottle, preventing oxidation and degradation of the wine.

With the Pivot+, you can pour a quantity of wine at a time while ensuring that the remaining wine will be perfectly preserved. Additionally, the system includes a Pivot™ aerator, which exposes the wine to air as you pour it, recreating the effect of a long decanting process in seconds.

How to use the Pivot+?

1. Pour without the Pivot™ aerator: Open the bottle of wine, insert a dry Pivot stopper, then attach the Pivot system. Tilt the bottle and press the button to pour.
2. Pour with the Pivot™ aerator: Attach the aerator to the Pivot spout and tilt the bottle for quick aeration during service.

Capsule lifespan:

Each argon capsule allows for serving approximately 20 glasses of 150 ml. Once a bottle is finished, the Pivot stoppers are reusable, offering maximum flexibility.
