Didier Mazenod: Originally from the prestigious Côte Rôtie appellation, Didier Mazenod, known as the "cellar maker", is a passionate self-taught individual. As a wine engineering consultant for over 10 years, he has supported over 100 winemakers in optimizing their winemaking processes and installing cellars, making him a respected figure in the wine world.
Pascal Fauvet: A conceptual artist based in Provence, Pascal Fauvet not only captures photos but also presents a unique and personal vision behind each of his works. An early passion for art and photography led him to exhibit in art galleries in Paris and Brussels. Through his creations, he becomes a conveyor for future generations, offering a new perspective on art and nature.
Stéphane Derenoncourt, renowned winemaker and consultant, shares his poetic and technical vision of the grape in the preface of this book.
