Description
The story of a Burgundian terroir covered with forests and a mysterious bottle that could bring it back to life...
Owner of a winery, Manu has an obsession, just like his father before him: to make a great wine. That's why he rents the plot of land at Clos de la Mollepierre, convinced that a great terroir has been forgotten on this hill in Cruzille, in the Mâconnais region. Today, Manu's dream is taking shape, the clos is for sale.
It is then that a friend of Manu finds a batch of old bottles with no labels, except for a beautiful unknown one from 1959. When tasted, Manu is overwhelmed with emotion. It is the greatest wine he has ever tasted. Manu has a realization that turns into an obsession: he must find out what was in that bottle!
With the grapevines that produced this wonder, he wants to replant La Mollepierre, in honor of his deceased father. What follows is more than an investigation, it is a vital quest...
