Description
Following the accession of the Côtes d'Auvergne vineyard to the AOC in November 2010, the winegrowers' union of the Côtes d'Auvergne appellation area wished to mark this event by publishing a prestigious book on the Côtes d'Auvergne. The Côtes d'Auvergne, whether in the generic appellation or in the local denominations of Boudes, Chanturgue, Châteaugay, Corent, and Madargue, will tell you an exciting story of diversity, originality, and typicality: the history of our volcanic and generous terroir. However, all of this would be nothing without the skill and expertise of the winemaker who plants, cares for, harvests, and vinifies! Including: - Twenty centuries of wine - The winegrowers - The events: faithful lovers - The Côtes d'Auvergne - The paths to the future.
