Wine and dreams

Opening a bottle of wine, clinking glasses with one's peers while exclaiming: cheers! Behind the banality of these gestures lie three associated dreams: a dream of some paradise, a dream of health, a dream of brotherhood. Associated dreams? Yes, because they express a quest, a thirst for perfection, inherent to the human condition.
