A classification by major themes (appetizers, vegetables, beef, poultry, etc.), then by dishes, each with a brief presentation of its flavors. For each dish, a list of the best pairings, with a classification of appellations by color for clarity. An index of wines and an index of dishes, to immediately find out which dish to prepare for which wine, and vice versa.
