The Maison Gautheron D’Anost, founded in 2020 by Bastien Gautheron, is renowned for its pursuit of authenticity and respect for Burgundy's terroirs. This Bourgogne Aligoté "Le Bien Urbain" is a new cuvée from an exceptional parcel in Marsannay, currently being acquired. True to his philosophy, Bastien practices a precise and low-intervention vinification, allowing the preservation of the purity and expression of the Aligoté grape.

This Bourgogne Aligoté 2023 comes from a terroir of well-drained limestone soils, promoting optimal ripeness of the grape. Its aging is divided one-third in oak barrels and two-thirds in stainless steel tanks, to bring complexity and freshness while preserving the wine's natural energy. This approach gives the wine a beautiful creamy texture and perfectly balanced acidity.
