From its origins, this vineyard has been cultivated in a 100% natural way, without pesticides or synthetic chemicals. It was Alain Guillot, Julien's father, who introduced the first methods of natural winemaking in the 1950s. Today, Julien Guillot continues this legacy with passion and rigor, enhancing each vintage with an artisanal approach that respects the living environment.
