The Domaine Agnès Paquet is located in Meloisey, right in the heart of Burgundy. Founded in 2000 by Agnès Paquet, this family estate spans 13 hectares and covers renowned appellations such as Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Auxey-Duresses. Agnès Paquet is committed to a respectful approach to the terroir, favoring natural winemaking to produce modern, fresh, and expressive wines.
The Auxey-Duresses Blanc "Les Hoz" 2022 comes from the original plot of the estate, located in the hamlet of Melin in Auxey-Duresses. This chardonnay, aged for 12 months in barrels, reflects the richness of the limestone soil, which brings a beautiful minerality and characteristic freshness. The chardonnay vines on this plot are about 90 years old, providing depth and complexity to this exceptional wine.
