Cultivated on 12 hectares of clay-limestone terroir using biodynamic methods in Volnay, Côte de Beaune, it offers aromas of flowers and citrus with a lively and refreshing palate. Perfect with escargot casseroles, frog legs, or a seafood platter. Serve at 10-11°C.
