The Mikulski estate, founded by François Mikulski and his wife Marie-Pierre in Meursault in 1991, stands out for its organic approach and natural vinification. The vineyard, which includes four premier cru parcels (les Genevrières, les Charmes, le Poruzot, and les Goutte d'Or), is cultivated with respect for the environment. The wines are aged for 16 to 18 months in barrels with very little new wood, offering sought-after wines for their depth, complexity, and finesse.

The Bourgogne Aligoté Blanc 2022 from Domaine François Mikulski comes from vines cultivated since 1992, planted in 1929 and 1948 by Joseph Boillot, François Mikulski’s grandfather. This wine, made from 100% Aligoté, is organically grown without certification and is produced at around 9000 bottles annually. The soil, rich in fine alluvium, and aging in vats on lees guarantee a fruity wine. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, it is consumed within the year for its fruity aromas but can age.
