Located in Burgundy, this estate combines traditional know-how and ecological innovation, inspired by prestigious collaborations with Olivier Humbrecht and Anne-Claude Leflaive. The Bourgogne Aligoté Blanc “Jeunes Vignes” 2022 from theDomaine La Pierre Ronde, signedAntoine Lepetit De La Bigne, comes from the first harvests of young Aligoté vines. Vinification begins with careful fermentation in tuns and stainless steel vats, allowing the freshness and authenticity of the aromas to be preserved. Aging continues for 10 months, with 70% of the wine in tuns and 30% in stainless steel vats, providing complexity and balance. Then, the wine is refined for two additional months in stainless steel vats. Bottling is carried out without fining or filtration, in fruit day, to preserve all the purity and integrity of the wine. It is recommended to decant it before tasting it in order to fully release its subtle and refined aromas. With production limited to just 1745 bottles, this wine offers a unique and valuable experience.
