The Domaine Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne, La Pierre Ronde is managed by an agronomist and oenologist, distinguished by its practice in biodynamic viticulture for 18 years. Located in Burgundy, this estate combines traditional know-how and ecological innovation, inspired by prestigious collaborations with Olivier Humbrecht and Anne-Claude Leflaive. Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne is committed to producing high-quality wines while respecting the environment.
The Meursault Blanc "Les Perchots" 2022 from Domaine La Pierre Ronde, crafted by Antoine Lepetit De La Bigne, comes from 60-year-old vines located on deep clay-limestone soil at the foot of the slope. Fermentation takes place in 350L barrels, followed by 12 months of aging with 30% new barrels and 70% old barrels, then 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is done without fining, with light filtration on a fruit day, preserving the wine's purity. Only 2700 bottles and 48 magnums have been produced, offering exceptional rarity and quality.
